Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie!


Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:

  ·         3/4 cup vegan sugar
  ·         1/2 cup vegan butter
  ·         1/2 cup canola oil
  ·         3 table spoon water
  ·         2 table spoon vanilla
  ·         2 1/4 cups flour
  ·         1 table spoon baking soda
  ·         1 table spoon salt
  ·         1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Steps:

  1.    Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2.    Stir together sugar, butter substitute, canola oil, water and vanilla and mix well.
  3.    Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt and vegan chocolate chips.
  4.    Drop one tablespoon of batter at a time on to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden   brown around the edges.
