BREAKFAST!


Vegan Pancake
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1: Mix together the mashed banana and water.
Step 2: Add dry ingredients and mix, leaving lumps in the batter.
Step 3: Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a hot, lightly oiled frying pan. 
Step 4: When bubbles rise through the middle of the pancake and break on the top, flip the pancake and cook until browned underneath.
(Note: Test the pan before cooking the pancakes by throwing a few drops of water onto it. If the water jumps around and then disappears, the pan is at the correct temperature.)
It will taste better if u add in some maple syrup J

    Hello :) hmm.. Seem DELICIOUS :D OMG I would love to try this, since I love food damn much, so we also could replace the banana to other fruits too right? (:
