Some interesting Vegan facts!

  • Eating a plant-based diet is healthier for you and very accessible. Plant-based foods have zero cholesterol, little to no saturated fat and are filled with nutrients. 
  • Strict vegans have the longest lifespan 
  • Vegans on average live 6 years longer than non-vegans.
  • Leafy green vegetables like kale and broccoli have more calcium in one serving than a glass of milk. Clearly a better alternative, don’t you think!
